Learning How to Set up a BLOG

Hello everyone and welcome to the new Blog area for Shane Lege and Lege Industries LLC. I have to say, I didn’t think setting up a blog would actually take me as long as it did, but here I am. I really have to say that I took less time to figure out how to publish my first book than what it took to figure this process out. Unfortunately, the issue was all me. Setting it up was actually less work than anticipated, but of course, being from Louisiana, I had to go and complicate things to the highest level. I do hope you have had an easier time finding this area than I had building it LOL. Well no use crying over spilled milk any longer.

Well now that my whining is over let’s get to the discussion pieces. A little of how I started developing books, was for something to do while everyone else was sleeping in the house. The books are fun to do as you can let your imagination run away. One of those, if you can think of an idea, you more than likely can write and build the illustrations to the idea. This also allowed me to work with the little ones as characters, ideas, and emotions come into play. They are some harsh critics LOL.

When I am not developing new books, I tend to do work that is really needed around the house. Like most, the honey do list is large as little things get in the way. Most things cannot be knocked out when everyone else is sleeping, so that’s when I work on the computer. I also like to mow my lawn, as mowing is an opportunity to think about a lot of things. Cut the grass once or twice and you really know the patter, so thinking or listening to audio books is always fun.

Well that is a little bit about me, feel free to introduce yourselves below. I always like meeting new people. Most of my friends say I never met a stranger. I will do my best to reply to some, but will make no promises. It definitely will not be intentional if you don’t here from me, life just gets busy. Thank you all for taking the time to read.
